$2,000 for Menu Planning
Kellogg NuCrew is a program designed to help schools transition from traditional food-based planning to nutrient standard menu planning. Four schools have received $2,000 grants so far: Eastbrook Community Schools (IN), Fruitport Community Schools (MI), Hudson Area Schools (MI), and Oroville Union High School (CA). In addition to the grant, grant recipients also receive $100 off the license fee for NUTRIKIDS software and a training session. Kellogg has extended the program through February 2009.
