Inside the Oval are several more serving stations, including nationally branded Chick-fil-A Express and Quizno's units as well as a serpentine line with three more in-house brands:

Tuscan Kitchen (ziti, spaghetti, pizza and daily specials)
West-End Grill (Angus burgers, hot dogs, fried burritos, fries)
The menus are designed by Executive Sous Chef Dewayne McMurrey to provide variety as well as additional choices not available elsewhere on campus. These include comfort foods, low-fat options and vegetarian entrees as well as a wide variety of beverages, snacks and desserts.
The convenience factor is upped by the morning to late night (7 am to 2 am) hours.
