In the past year, Treat America partnered with local Missouri Amish farmers, including 10 family farms, for over 70% of all its produce—more than 30 varieties in all—during the April to September growing season. They also supplied local jams, honey and pickles to use at client locations as well as at the traveling Farmers Markets.

Also new is Food 4 Life, which combines the dining experience with an educational aspect for healthy living. Each month, a specific fruit, vegetable and ancient grain are featured and worked into the menu.
In addition, Treat America recently re-launched its upscale Bonterra Catering division for both social and high-profile corporate events. The Bistro Kids farm-to-school lunch program was expanded to include breakfast and snacks and over the summer, Treat America was the food provider to Boy Scout camps throughout the region, serving over 50,000 meals to campers in three states.
On the personnel front, John Barnes has moved from president of TA Vending to a new COO position at the company.
