Southwest Foodservice Excellence markets a variety of kid-friendly food concepts, from Asian pho noodles to Cajun cuisine.
Launched in 2004, Southwest Foodservice Excellence (SWFE) now operates in more than 700 individual school locations across eight states. In the past year, it opened operations in two new states and successfully rolled out its new Get Fit program in multiple K-8 sites, partnering with former Olympian Jackie Joyner-Kersee in health/wellness initiatives.
Also new is a farmers market show-and-tell program that gives students a chance to see and taste test various produce items.

Among new concepts being rolled out by SWFE are Good Pho You (Asian pho noodles), Smokehouse BBQ, Creoles Cookery (Cajun cuisine), Taco Street (food truck tacos) and Yaya’s Mediterranean (Greek and other dishes from around the Mediterranean).
