FM announces 2023 Best Concept Award winners

Morrison Healthcare’s Central Table Eatery at Lancaster General Hospital is named Best of Show alongside 10 category winners.

Food Management has named Morrison Healthcare’s Central Table Eatery at Lancaster (Pa.) General Hospital the Best of Show award winner in its 2023 Best Concept Awards program. Central Table and the winners in 10 individual award categories will be showcased at food-management.com later this month in a special editorial package.

Food Management’s Best Concept Awards program is designed to recognize innovative and creative initiatives undertaken by onsite dining operations in the markets it covers, including K-12 schools, colleges, healthcare and senior living facilities, business/industry locations and sports/entertainment venues. The awards are presented in various sub-categories covering the different aspects of onsite dining operations, such as menus, customer service initiatives and special events, plus an overall Best of Show award that recognizes exemplary achievement across multiple categories.
