First Lady Michelle Obama urged the nation's restaurants to add more healthy options to menus, label those items more prominently and market nutritious foods to kids in an address to the National Restaurant Association board of directors on September 13th. Among her suggestions to restaurateurs: offer smaller portion sizes, more fruit and vegetable offerings, and more whole grain foods.
