Emory Foodservice Launches Food Education Center

Emory University's Food Service Administration has launched a food education initiative called Food E U that will inform students on topics such as sustainability, nutrition, food science and journalism and food culture, reports the Emory Wheel campus paper. The program, based in a former bookstore space in the school's Dobbs University Center, will provide students with resources and extracurricular activity opportunities as well as participation from food experts and alumni.
