Delaware North Cos. is partnering with uWink to implement the latter’s self-order technology at the Chili’s Too Margarita Bar at Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. The eatery will have four of uWink’s touch-screen terminals in its dining and bar areas.

The terminals enable guests to order customized food and drinks directly from the kitchen, play dozens of different electronic games and pay the check when they are ready. Some of the games allow interaction and competition among tables or even the entire restaurant. The terminal menus come in both Spanish and English and will soon also add German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hindi, Russian and French.

uWink currently manages three self-operated restaurants in California. It was founded by current CEO Nolan Bushnell, who also launched video game pioneer Atari in the early 1970s and the Chuck E. Cheese family restaurant and entertainment center chain.
