After serving as executive director of Princeton University Dining Services for more than 20 years, Stu Orefice has the school left to pursue a consulting job in New York City. Chad Klaus, Vice President for University Services, will serve as acting executive director of Dining Services on an interim basis until a permanent replacement can be found.

Orefice joined Princeton Dining in 1993, coming over from Cornell University where he had been assistant dining director. During his tenure, he oversaw a major revision and modernization of Princeton's tradition-bound campus dining operation, introducing a number of retail concepts and renovating the residential dining halls. For his efforts, he was named the winner of the Silver Plate Award in the College Dining cartegory in 2009.
