A survey of 15 major U.S. airports by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine vegetarian advocacy group found that 83% of airport restaurants have at least one vegetarian item on the menu, up from 57% a little more than a decade ago, reports USA Today. Detroit's Metropolitan Wayne County Airport was ranked number one for the third-consecutive year while Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International ranked the lowest.
