Illegible and inconsistent labeling from hand marking products is considered a factor in contamination, a growing food safety problem. DAYMARK offers Deli Labels, one-inch red, yellow and white circles that are preprinted in bold, black type to assist employees in identifying types of products (e.g., turkey, ham) and ingredients missing or added (e.g., no onion, mayo, hot). They are ideal for deli sandwiches, salads, dietary trays, and "to go" packaged sandwiches or catered/boxed lunches.
