Located in the W.E.B. Du Bois library in the middle of the UMass campus, Procrastination Station is a 24-hour meal service concept offering a menu of salads, hot and cold sandwiches (including breakfast sandwiches served round the clock), baked goods and gourmet hot and cold beverages. They are all made with natural and organic ingredients.

There are also organic and hand-cut fruit selections as well as organic bars and vegan/vegetarian packaged meals.  Replacing a 600-sq.ft. coffee shop with no running water and one electrical circuit, Procrastination Station occupies a 1,320-sq.ft. former circulation room space and not only generated a substantial increase in traffic but also has nearly doubled the average ticket. It has also shown a more than 400% increase in net profits from the previous space.
