Members of The Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) gathered in St. Louis last month for ANFP’s Annual Conference & Expo (ACE) conference, where attendees honored several groups and individuals who dedicate their time and expertise to ANFP and the foodservice industry.

A highlight from the award ceremony this year was the presentation of the inaugural Becky Rude Excellence in Leadership Award. Awarded this year to Becky Rude herself, the award honors a nutrition service professional who demonstrates “the dedication and excellence of an inspiring leader,” according to the ANFP.  Rude was most recently director of the nutrition and foodservice professional training program at University of North Dakota.
