From healthcare foodservice to B&I/contract management, school nutrition to campus dining and correctional foodservice, the onsite segments have traditionally presented some of the biggest challenges in the industry. Maj. Robert James Beach, the director of food services at the Orleans Parrish Sheriff's Office, where he worked to built a solid, nationally-recognized program, watched as it was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, and then returned to completely rebuild it once again.
Tim Dietzler, head of dining services at Villanova University, where he has made his department a national role model in meal plan design, retail branding and service to the institution.
Joanne Kinsey, director of school nutrition for the Chesapeake (VA) Public Schools, an out-of-the-box innovator who maximizes her role as an advocate for child nutrition in her district and community.
