Hospitality doesn’t go out the door once a pandemic hits—it just shifts a bit. That’s notion operators from K-12 schools, healthcare, colleges, senior dining and colleges have all taken to heart.

Onsite operators have long had major footholds in the communities they serve—often as one of the largest employers. The sheer number of meals these types of operations serve means they have a vast and wide influent and impact. And even now, when schools are closed, businesses are shuttered and millions are working from home, these operators know they still have a community to serve.
