A "major miscalculation" in determining labor costs resulted in Carson City (NV) School District having to pay more that $200,000 more than it had planned on for its foodservice program, reports Fox Reno. The mistake came in calculating the formula for benefits and salaries while switching in foodservice providers. The district used figures for 2009 rather than 2010 in making its projections.
