Middleby Acquires Steam Cooking Equipment Vendor Market Forge

The Middleby Corp. has acquired the assets of Market Forge Industries, Inc, a manufacturer of steam cooking equipment for the food service industry. Market Forge's products include countertop steamers, kettles and braising pans. Annual revenues are about $15 million.
