An interest in home brewing grew into a very special pop-up beer menu when the University of Richmond Dining’s Executive Chef Glen Pruden, CEC, and U of R dining and marketing staff organized the latest of the Spider in the Kitchen events, a long-running series of chef demos with dinner for the campus community on various culinary themes.
