Former North Texas director will head residential operations.

Regenia Phillips

Yale Dining has named Regenia Phillips director of residential dining, effective January 5, 2009. She will oversee a dozen residential dining operations on the campus as well as the Hall of Graduate Studies and Commons Dining, and report to Yale Dining Executive Director Rafi Taherian.

Phillips had previously been dining services director at the University of North Texas and also directed dining operations at Southern Methodist University and Michigan State University. While at North Texas, she won an FM Best Concept Award for the Mean Greens dining hall, which provided students an exclusively healthy board dining option.
