We had an indoor picnic for lunch one day in January; it was 0°F outside that day. We served hot dogs and baked beans and we set up lawn chairs and had tablecloths like you put on picnic tables. We just wanted to do something fun for the students and having a picnic on one of the coldest days of the year seemed like a good way to bring some fun into the cafeterias.
