Our students are passionate about reducing bottled water use on campus. The Express Lunch program was our main driver of usage so we removed bottled water as an option and installed a hydration station that dispenses chilled, filtered water. With cheerleading from our green student organizations, there has been only positive feedback and a big reduction in plastic.
