We held a Brazilian Carnival dinner. We got our Brazilian students involved to contribute ideas. We served items such as feijoada, churrasco and peixe com camãrao (cod with coconut shrimp sauce). We also had a healthy juice bar. For dessert we had bananas flambadas (carmelized bananas with coconut ice cream) and Brazilian coffee.,
