Around the same time the USDA switched from a food pyramid to a plate, we partnered with a health group on campus called Healthy UNH to create a physical plate showing the recommended food portions. This helps our guests pay attention to what they’re eating and understand the dietary guidelines. The plates are available in all our dining halls.
