This fall, Kellogg's and Chartwells have teamed up to introduce Fuel Up, which is designed to provide customers at Chartwells college/university accounts an attractive array of meatless dining options, both vegetarian and vegan. The program features newly created recipes and grab-and-go items using the popular Morningstar Farms and Gardenburger brands from Kellogg's Food Away From Home foodservice unit. The selections include meal entrees, wraps and salads designed for both dining facilities and retail outlets.

“College students have diverse and demanding palates and are very particular when it comes to mealtime,” says Larry Posen, regional executive chef for Chartwells.

“Fuel Up offers campus foodservice operations a new generation of hearty and healthy meals which look and taste great that just happen to be vegan and vegetarian,” adds Murali Krishnan, marketing and promotions manager for the company.
