UC Davis has signed an agreement with Sodexho to increase wages and benefits for food service workers on campus for the remaining three years of the university’s contract with the company, reports the Davis Enterprise. The move will cost around $2.4 million annually. Sodexho employs around 200 full-time workers at the campus, the only one of the University of California’s 10 universities and five medical centers using an outside company to manage its dining services.
