INGREDIENTS:1 ½ lbs. 75059 Perdue® Carving Classics® Black Pepper Turkey Breast, cut into julienne strips
24 8 inch soft flour tortillas, warmed
3 cups black beans, heated
1 ½ qts. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
3 cups lettuce leaves, shredded
1 ½ cups Niblet corn
as needed, salsa
as needed, dairy sour cream DIRECTIONS:For each serving, place 2 flour tortillas on a flat surface. Fill each tortilla with 2 Tbsp. lettuce, 1 Tbsp. black beans, 1 oz. cheese, 1 oz.
