Try an emoji test

We use emoji ratings for taste tests as a fun and interactive way to gauge our students’ interest in a product or food item(s). Doing a survey like this means students don’t have to complete slips of paper to record their opinion. Instead, they place a sticker under the face they feel depicts their opinion. Once the taste test is done, we can quickly gather our results. We know whether to move forward with the item that was sampled or move on to something different.
