Trading places with employees

To help hourly employees better understand managers’ jobs, each month we allow the hourly employee with the best attendance record to trade places with a manager for one day. They can share their ideas on how the department can be run better. This has made the relationship between hourly employees and managers much better. Employees can see how much responsibility management really has.
