INGREDIENTS:1 12-inch pizza crust, parbaked, commercially prepared
as needed, olive oil
2/3 cup salsa, thick-and-chunky, mild, commercially prepared
2/3 cup refried beans, canned
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning, dried
6 oz. Tyson Fully Cooked Mesquite Chicken Pizza Toppings, Natural Proportion Strips, frozen
½ cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 ½ cups pepper jack cheese, shredded
¼ cup poblano chiles, fresh, sliveredDIRECTIONS:Place pizza crust on oiled baking sheet or pizza pan. Lightly brush top surface of crust with oil. Combine salsa, refried beans and taco seasoning in bowl and mix thoroughly. Spread evenly over crust. Arrange chicken over salsa mixture. Layer tomatoes and cheese over chicken. Arrange chiles over cheese.

Bake in preheated conventional oven at 400¦F for 18 to 20 minutes, or until crust is crisp and golden.(Or bake in preheated convection oven at 375¦F for 10 to 12 minutes.) Remove from oven. Slice into wedges and serve immediately.SERVINGS:1 pizza, 6 servingsPHOTO CREDIT:Photo Credit: TYSON
