Stouffer's Eggplant Parmesan from NESTLÈ FOODSERVICES consists of gently breaded eggplant wedges in a rich, chunky tomato sauce with onions and a touch of herbs, all topped with melted mozzarella cheese. It can be used as a warm sandwich filling, a base for grilled meats or seafood or a topping for Mediterranean-style pasta or rice bowls, among other serving suggestions.
