We hosted a plant-based Super Bowl party for students at each of our dining halls. We developed a concept, designed a menu centered around customizable hummus options, procured decorations and created a well-received event. One of our chefs even did an ice carving replica of the Super Bowl trophy with an SF logo on one side and KC on the other.
