St. Mary’s Medical Center in Blue Springs, MO, has opened an expanded food service operation called the St. Mary’s Medical Center Bistro. It has 1,250 more square feet of space and a number of new food concepts including grill and deli stations, an enhanced salad bar and various prepackaged salads and sandwiches. The medical center also hired a new executive chef to upgrade its food program.
