YIELD: 4 servings

4, 6" rounds frozen puff pastry sheets
8 oz. sausage gravy
12 oz. soft scrambled eggs
4 oz. fried diced potatoes
4 oz. shredded farmers cheese
1 oz. melted butter

  1. Lay out pastry on greased cookie sheet.

  2. Place 2 oz. of sausage gravy in the center of each pastry, add 3 oz. of soft scrambled eggs to each ( approx. 2 eggs); next add 1 oz. fried diced potatoes and top each with 1 oz. shredded farmers cheese.

  3. Lightly brush melted butter around the edges and fold in half. Pinching dough together to form a half moon. Brush the top with remaining melted butter and bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes.
