INGREDIENTS:1 onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 lbs. ground beef
to taste, salt
to taste, pepper
¼ tsp. cumin
½ tsp. French’s® Dijon Mustard
¼ tsp. coriander
1 oz. jalapeño pepper, minced
10 flour tortillas
5 oz. Cattlemen’s® Smoky Barbecue Sauce
16 oz. refried beans
1 ½ cup Monterey Jack cheese
5 oz. mayonnaise
5 oz. Cattlemen’s® Smoky Barbecue Sauce
2 cups lettuce, shredded
8 plum tomatoes, diced DIRECTIONS:Sauté onion and garlic; add to ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Add cumin, French’s® Dijon Mustard, coriander and minced jalapeños. Mix well. Form meat into long burgers, shape to fit tortilla wrap. Pan-sear burgers and finish in oven for large quantity, or grill and prepare as ordered.

Brush tortillas with Cattlemen’s® Smoky Barbecue Sauce and spread with refried beans and cheese. Place in oven to warm. Combine mayonnaise with 5 oz. Cattlemen’s® Smoky Barbecue Sauce and toss with lettuce and tomatoes. Place burgers on tortillas; top with lettuce and tomato mixture; roll up and serve hot.
