INGREDIENTS:4 ½ lbs. pulled pork, heated
3 cups mustard-based prepared barbecue sauce
1 ½ lb. smoked gouda cheese, cut into ½ oz. slices
12 oz. green leaf lettuce
1 lb. 2 oz. fresh tomato slices, ¼ inch thick
1 lb. 2 oz. sliced dill pickles
24 Kaiser rolls, splitDIRECTIONS:1. Combine pork and barbecue sauce. Toss to coat. Keep hot for service.

2. Per sandwich: Place 4 oz. of pork on top of bottom half of bun. Top with 1 oz. of cheese, 1 lettuce leaf, 3 slices of tomatoes, 3 slices of pickles and top of roll. Serve immediately.
