24 slices sourdough bread,1 ⁄2 -inch thick
10 oz.prepared mango-chutney
24 oz.horseradish cheddar cheese,sliced
24 oz.pit-style ham,sliced
3 oz.baby spinach leaves,washed and patted dry
24 oz.sweet red apple (Braeburn,Gala, Fuji or Red delicious),sliced thinly

1. For each sandwich: spread each slice of bread with 2 tsps. chutney. Top 1 slice of bread with 1 slice horseradish cheese, 2 oz. sliced ham, spinach, 4 apple slices, and second slice of horseradish cheese. Cover with second slice of bread.
2. Grill sandwiches on preheated oiled 325°F flat top grill approximately 3 minutes per side or until bread is golden and cheese begins to melt.
