Our dining team partnered with students in our Department of Food Science to create a special ice cream flavor to celebrate our 150th anniversary. The students developed the ice cream from start to finish, developing the sensory profile, creating the recipe, preparing samples and doing the product testing, packaging and branding. The ice cream is available at our dining locations on campus, and we are also serving it at our 150th anniversary dinner.
