INGREDIENTS:Sauce
3 oz. passion fruit or pineapple juice
9 oz. amaretto
18 oz. fresh orange juice
7 ½ oz. sugar

Fruit
9 oz. papaya
9 oz. mango
2 each oranges
1 banana
1 Tbsp. fresh mint, choppedDIRECTIONS:1. Combine syrup ingredients over medium-high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce to a syrup consistency. Cool.

2. While syrup cools, dice fruit into small pieces. Gently fold cooled sauce into fruit. Garnish with chopped mint.
