Sampling surveys gauge student satisfaction

We set up a tasting table during the students’ lunch period, near where they are coming out of the line, and hand them a sample and a survey for them to return as they exit the cafeteria. I think that it is a great idea because the customer should be the one tasting the product. Just because adults like an item does not mean the students will.
