Rich-SeaPak will officially change its name to Rich Products Corp., effective January 1, 2007. The company has been owned by the Rich family, which also owns bakery products manufacturer Rich Products, since 1976, so the name change will not affect its business, which consists primarily of the manufacture and sale of frozen seafood, meats and appetizers under brand names like SeaPak, Farm Rich, Casa Di Bertacchi, Battistoni and WorldCatch.
