Rainbow Trout with Mandarin Orange Salsa

INGREDIENTS:1 #10 can Mandarin oranges, drained, chopped
2 cups mild green chile peppers, diced
1 cup green onion, chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
24 (4 oz. each) Natural Idaho Rainbow Trout Fillets or Natural Style Guaranteed Boneless Rainbow Trout Fillets
1 cup orange juice, dividedDIRECTIONS:1. For The Salsa: Combine oranges and next 3 ingredients. Gently stir in ½ cup orange juice; reserve.
2. Per Order: Sprinkle flesh-side of trout with some reserved orange juice and black pepper. Broil until trout turns opaque, about 4 minutes.
