Pineapple Cheese Cake Pizza

YIELD: 1 (14-inch) pizza

1 pizza crust
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1-1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon cinnamon sugar
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
5 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, well drained
1/4 cup toasted chopped macadamia nuts

  1. Brush pizza crust with melted butter; combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over crust. Bake until 3/4 done. Remove and cool.

  2. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread over par baked crust; top with pineapple tidbits and nuts.

  3. Bake at 400°F, 15 to 20 minutes or until cream cheese is thoroughly heated and turns light golden brown.
