We’ve done a food drive for 11 years. This year I wanted to do something different so we did a peanut butter and jelly drive. Our students can relate to peanut butter and jelly, and most of them like it. About 80% of our students qualify for free or reduced lunches. If they need food over the weekend, a jar of peanut butter and jelly and bread can feed a family for days.
