INGREDIENTS:½ pint water
1 lb. brown sugar
½ tsp. pound cinnamon
½ tsp. ground clove
½ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ lb. fresh ginger
1-½ qts papaya, peeled, seeded, cut into chunks
1 pint passion fruit pulpDIRECTIONS:1. Bring water to a boil. Add sugar, cinnamon, clove, vanilla and fresh ginger and simmer gently until ginger is tender.

2. Add papaya chunks, passion fruit pulp and simmer slowly 20 to 30 minutes.
