The subject of this issue's "Mystery of the Month” is an accomplished foodservice director who clearly demonstrated early signs of ìstar quality” in her college years.

Among other distinctions, she was once chosen to represent her alma mater, Stout State College at Menomonie in a "Cover Girl” contest sponsored by the Minneapolis Star and Tribune. This picture appeared two years later when she was chosen as Stout's ìSnow Queen” for its Winter Carnival.
