According to a recent study by NPD, America's 20-somethings live in the moment when making food choices. They are much more likely than those in other age groups to use frozen entrees and other portable food items that don't require preparation. Their food choices at main meals are motivated by “cravings, cost, control and minimal preparation time,” the study found.
