FoodService Director - Steal this idea - Jon Plodzik - late-night dining
Jon PlodzikWe decided to keep our retail venue open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights until 4 a.m. We thought the students would appreciate the option of made-to-order sandwiches and grab-and-go items after their night activities. The response was great. We found a new business stream that we never had before.
