Introduce an international salad theme

To increase variety, customer satisfaction and revenue, we implemented a four-week cycle salad bar rotation. We offer a different theme each week, including American, Mediterranean, Italian and Tex-Mex. This has decreased waste, improved customer satisfaction and increased our bottom line.
