We provided our students with what we call an international spice rack. We wanted our students to have the opportunity to make their food the way they wanted. Spices such as garam masala, Chinese five-spice, cumin and hot paprika are just some of the offerings. We cook an assortment of items and allow the student to decide the spice profile that works for them. In addition, we have provided spice idea cards to help students best pair the food items with spices that will enhance the flavor. It allows us to put a healthy international twist to everyday foods.
