Once a week a different cook comes up with a lunch menu of his or her choice for the café. We also are soliciting recipes from hospital staff that they would like to have prepared in the kitchen and served in The Market Café. We did request that they be healthy foods. One example featured a Persian feast with basmati rice, grilled saffron chicken and baklava.,
